Community Meals

At Tap Mundy, food is one of the vital ways that connects us and deepens our relationships. Jesus himself set the example of sharing meals with others and we delight to do the same. Throughout the year, we share several communal meals together.

Newcomers Lunch

Happening after service on select Sundays, we host a free lunch at the church for newcomers. Join us for delicious food and hear more about the Tapestry Mundy Park community, our history, and ministries.

Church potlucks with a twist. At Tap Mundy, we value the beauty of all cultures and want to discover the world through food. Past Global Banquets have included forays to Mexico, Rome, America, and Korea. We share food, learn about the culture, and play games from that part of the world. It’s great fun for all ages and for friends both new and old.

Soup Sundays

Once a year in the fall, after service we have Soup Sunday. Members of Tap Mundy small groups each bring some soup to share and everyone gathers in the sanctuary to hear about the various small groups happening for the year. The foyer is full of crock pots and the smells beckon you to linger.
