Ascent Leadership Cohort
Over the course of 12 sessions, 3 coaching calls and 1 retreat, the Ascent Leadership Cohort will explore topics such as self-knowledge, spiritual formation, leadership practices and organizational development by asking these 4 fundamental questions: Who am I? Who am I following? How am I leading? How am I getting there? If you’ve ever felt a need to invest in your own growth, consider joining the Ascent Leadership Cohort.

Global Banquet
Mark your calendars! Our annual Global Banquet is happening on Saturday, October 25, and this year’s theme is the Southeast Asian Table. Each year we gather as a church family for a potluck that highlights the food and culture of a different part of the world. In the past we’ve shared Japanese, Roman, and American tables and this year we’ll enjoy the vibrant flavours of Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, and more.
Everyone is invited to bring a dish to share. To help us plan, please scan the QR code in the bulletin to RSVP and let us know what you’ll be bringing. Whether it’s a family favourite or something new you’d like to try, your dish will make the table even richer.

Alpha Marriage Course
The Alpha Marriage Course is a seven-week online experience designed to help couples build stronger relationships through meaningful conversations, practical tools, and faith-filled encouragement.
Each session creates space for you and your partner to connect more deeply, whether you’ve been married for six months or 20 years. There’s no group sharing, just guided content and intentional time together in the comfort of your own home.

TAP Kids Camp
Save the date for our annual TAP Kids Camp. This is for kids heading into Kindergarten to Grade 5 in the Fall. Registration details coming soon.
Service Sunday 2025
Last year we had a fun & successful Service Sunday where, for one day, instead of having a Sunday Service, we went out and served in various ways. This year we will do the same.
Baptism Sunday
On June 15th we will be having a baptism Sunday. If you are not yet baptized, we encourage you to prayerfully consider it. If you have questions about what it means to be baptized, please feel free to talk to anyone in the leadership team or one of our pastoral staff.

Acts of the Holy Spirit Sermon Series
We're kicking off a new series for the month of June focusing on the person and work of the Holy Spirit. In many ways it's a continuation of the our series in Acts, because so much of the book of Acts is a witness of the work of the Holy Spirit. Beginning with the outpouring of the Spirit on Pentecost, to the birth of the church, and to the leading and guiding of the apostles in mission and ministry, what's clear in Luke's retelling of the story the first century church in Acts is that it was all the Acts of the Holy Spirit.
One-Day Church Retreat
Join us for a one-day Church Retreat at Timberline Ranch in Maple Ridge, on Monday May 19th (Victoria Day). This will be a time of fun, food, and community-building. It will include activities like a petting zoo, archery, orienteering, volleyball, basketball, and swimming. Lunch is also included.
Baptism Class
We will be having a series of baptism classes starting on May 18 for 3 weeks. This time the classes will be held on Sundays after the service, at 12 noon. Please contact Pastor Sam for details, or fill up the online form to register for the classes.
Meet and Greet with Nupur James
Join us for a Meet & Greet with our new Associate Pastor, Nupur James! Nupur’s role as Associate Pastor will include preaching, small groups, baptism & membership classes, and working with various ministries. Join us in the sanctuary, after the Sunday service.
TAP Men: Iron Chef Challenge
The next TAP Men’s event will be an Iron Chef challenge. Join a team, select ingredients (including a secret ingredient), and compete to cook the most delicious meal possible.
