It’s been said, “necessity is the mother of all invention,” spurring on a flurry of creative energy that brings to life new ideas and new innovations. It’s the growth that comes from earnestly seeking solutions to the problems we face. Sometimes the work we’re engaged in and the roles we serve makes us more aware of our need to grow personally and professionally, to build more capacity, acquire more competency and grow in character. 

Over the course of 12 sessions, 3 coaching calls and 1 retreat, the Ascent Leadership Cohort will explore topics such as self-knowledge, spiritual formation, leadership practices and organizational development by asking these 4 fundamental questions: Who am I?
