The Tapestry Community

Our children’s ministry, known as Tap Kids, serves children from nursery to Grade 5. For preschool to Grade 5, we use the Wonder Ink curriculum during our Sunday School time. At Tap Mundy, children are part of the main service to begin the service, break out for classes during the sermon, and re-join the congregation for communion.

We desire to see youth between Grade 6-12 grow in relationship with God and their church family, serve with love and shine His light in the world. Tap Youth meets every Friday evening at 7pm at church for topical discussion, games, and snacks.

Our small groups are communities who meet with one another in order to grow deeper in our love and discipleship to Christ. Organized by geographical proximity, our small groups are multi-cultural and multi-generational. We share stories, study scripture, eat together, pray together and serve in missional causes together.

Our mission is to help men strengthen their relationships with God and be positive influences in their families, workplaces, and communities. We host events for Tap Men four times a year.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to serve women in every season of life and from every walk of life. We host events periodically. TAP Ladies is currently on hiatus for 2025.

Worship Team
At Tap Mundy, we love to worship God through music, song, dance, drama, and art. We welcome everyone to share their gifts.

Our team provides audio visual, and broadcast/streaming support for Sunday services and special events. We are always looking to expand our team.

Hospitality
Food and a welcoming environment are key values in our community. Join our team to help make, prepare, serve, and clean up food each Sunday. Or, if you enjoy meeting new people, join our team as a greeter.

Care & Prayer Team
The care and prayer ministry seeks to be a strong and compassionate support for the church, offering heartfelt prayer and practical help to lift people’s spirits and ease their struggles.

Choir
Our choir sings during communion on select Sundays as well as at special services such as Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.

Free Food Program
Every other Tuesday Tap Mundy volunteers redistribute perishable food from local grocery stores to people who need it in partnership with FoodLink.

Blue Sky Learning Lab
Serving families and children with free tutoring and homework help.

Building Stewardship
Recognizing that our building and land are gifts to be cared for, our team maintains the physical space for our community.

Arts Collective
Art can help people understand their faith, facilitate contemplation, and enrich prayer. Through art, we can understand the Artist-God that we worship and were made to reflect. At Tap Mundy, we celebrate the arts through various initiatives throughout the year.
